You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by writing or via e-mail to us using the details from the CONTACT US

We may terminate your access to the Website and/or your membership if:

1. you have breached any provision of the terms (or have acted in manner which clearly shows that you do not intend to, or are unable to comply with the provisions of the terms)
2. Tradition N Trendz  is required to do so by law (for example, where the provision of the offering to you is, or becomes, unlawful)
3. Payment for any Service or Product ordered by the user before the Termination has to be made by the user.
4. When these terms come to an end, all of the legal rights, obligations and liabilities that you and  Tradition N Trendz are subject to in relation to the obligation to maintain confidentiality or such other legal rights, obligations and liabilities which are expressed to continue indefinitely, shall be unaffected by this cessation.

Any unauthorized use of and access to the Website is void and prohibited. By accessing and using this Website, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration information submitted by you is truthful and accurate; (b) you agree to maintain the accuracy of the information provided by you; (c) you are above 18 years of age; and (d) the use of the Website by you do not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Our Services

We make various services available on this site including, but not limited to, consultancy services for the purpose of organising events and fulfilling the requirements of the members for their wedding, Web-based software for the purpose of saving and organizing wedding details (such as guest lists and budgets) and wedding planning information and resources. We also interact with clients through consultants and wed-ordinators. Tradition N Trendz  constantly studies the market and adds new brands and categories for the usage and the convenience of the Members. The Website acts as a platform for interaction between us and the members, to collect members’ details and payments. Any associated fees for the various services are described elsewhere in this site. You are solely responsible for providing, at your own expense, all equipment necessary to use the services, including a computer and modem; and your own Internet access (including payment of telephone service fees associated with such access).

Tradition N Trendz  is a marketplace to assist you to connect to vendors (“Vendor”) in respect of all the services and products offered by them for wedding functions or any other kind of event. You agree and acknowledge that:

1. Tradition N Trendz  is not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner any transaction between you and the Vendor
2. The price and other information posted on  Tradition N Trendz is provided on “as is” basis and is published as provided to us by the Vendor.  Tradition N Trendz    takes steps to verify the price and other information as provided by Vendors, however it shall not be responsible for any variation in the price and /or information of the products and /or services listed on the Website
3. Tradition N Trendz  does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy of the availability status of products and /or services
4. Any price shared over recommendation email is tentative in nature and the final price may vary on the basis of date and /or menu selected
5. Tradition N Trendz  discounts will be applicable only on those venues which have been recommended by  Tradition N Trendz  and not otherwise
6. The cancellation policy and the payment terms as listed on the Website and /or communicated through any other medium are as provided by the Vendor and  Tradition N Trendz has no control over them
7. Booking of products and /or services cannot be cancelled unless clearly specified by the vendor in their cancellation policy
8. Tradition N Trendz   does not make any representation or warranty as to specifics (such as quality, value, delivery etc.) of the products or services proposed to be sold or offered to be sold or purchased on the Website.  Tradition N Trendz    does not implicitly or explicitly support or endorse the sale or purchase of any products or services on the Website.  Tradition N Trendz  accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or third parties
9. In case there is a dispute between you and the Vendor, both the disputing parties will attempt to resolve the said dispute amicably. However, if the parties fail to resolve the said dispute, the parties will then refer the said matter to  Tradition N Trendz   for an amicable solution. You agree that  Tradition N Trendz    will make a decision at its own discretion and the said decision will be final and binding.
10. We reserve the sole right to modify or discontinue the site, including any services and features therein, at any time with or without notice to you. We shall not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right, except to refund to you, on a pro-rated basis, any monies prepaid by you for any fee-based services that we discontinue. For subscription terms longer than one month, any such pro-ration would be calculated on a 12-month basis.
11. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the pricing structure, the addition of fee-based services, or changes to limitations on allowable file sizes. Any new features that augment or enhance the then-current services on this site shall also be subject to these Terms of Use.
12. You understand and agree that delays or interruptions of the services available through this site may occur. You further understand and agree that we have no control over third party networks you may access in the course of the use of this site, and therefore, delays and disruption of other network transmissions are completely beyond our control. Accordingly, Tradition N Trendz  shall not be responsible for any delays or interruptions of the linked sites and does not warrant or make any representations that the Websites will be available at all times or at any time.  Tradition N Trendz is not responsible for any losses or damages that may result from such delays, interruptions or loss of access.
13. In order to help the user with their wedding requirements we have vendors like Photographers, Make up artist, Henna artist, Wedding card designers, Decorators and Wedding planners on our website. Few of them are listed with us with their consent, and few vendor’s information have been collected from internet without their consent. We use this information with a clear intention of providing the user more options for each service and it also benefits the vendor because once the client finalize a a particular vendor we approach the vendor to be on board for the wedding. If the vendor is not willing to take the business then we can remove their company details from our website also.
