It was full a day conference followed by a cocktail dinner.

So we decided to make the conference interesting by starting the conference with team building activities with the ice breaker so that the energy level of all the employee is high in the ballroom.

We also ended the conference with quick fun team building activities before the cocktail started.

In past years AGS has grown the business multiple time, but now the growth is stagnant.

To keep the employee in interest in the company. Management was facing few problem communication gaps, team bonding between the employee.

So have designed the activities accordingly so that we can try to solve the problem in a fun way.
